9148 is a legal consultancy service hotline opened on May 10, 1999. By providing free legal consultancy services, we help the general public and enterprises sort out their related problems, and make them more aware of their legal rights, interests and obligations.
The Working Procedures of 9148:
1. You can call or physically visit our duty staff at 9148 any time you have a legal problem.

We will try to develop a deep understanding of your situation and complaint.
3.
Our duty staff will answer your questions then and there if possible. If your problem involves some other departments, we will help you establish a liaison with them. If your problem necessitates the involvement of a judiciary department, we will help channel your problem to that judiciary department in a timely manner.
4.
Our duty staff will handle in a timely and appropriate manner any civil disputes or emergency incidents in accordance with the instructions of duty manager.
With 9148, we are duty bound to give law to the general public and send legal services to all families. You are welcome to dial 9148 any time you have a legal problem, and our services are subject to your supervision.
