Manufacturing enterprises of foreign investment operating in TEDA are entitled to a lower Enterprise Income Tax of 15%. Those that have operations of over 10 years are entitled to Enterprise Income Tax exemption in the first two years after achieving profitability, and to the halved Enterprise Income Tax of 7.5% in the next 3 years.

For “non-restricted” investment projects of less than USD 30 million and “non-restricted” investment projects which TEDA has the jurisdiction over, we pledge that you will be responded to within a prescribed time period.
