Due to the road construction at Huanghai Road (TEDA Avenue to TEDA 11^th Avenue), it's anticipated that from August 4 to November 20,2007, construction will go on for half a day every day. Over the period, drivers are requested to bypass the construction sites to TEDA Avenue, TEDA 5^th Avenue, TEDA 7^th Avenue and TEDA 9^th Avenue.
